Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

We are currently seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist  to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote work arrangements from within the United States. You'll be joining a small, tight-knit team that genuinely supports one another — we work hard, move fast, and show up for each other when it counts. While a Pacific Time (PT) base is preferred, we are truly open to remote candidates across all U.S. time zones. We ask that all team members maintain meaningful overlap with PST core business hours and are happy to work with the right candidate on a schedule that fits.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Concentric's Talent Acquisition team moves at startup speed, with heavy requisition loads, a high volume of interviewing, and candidates and clients who expect a high-touch, white-glove experience at every step. The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full-cycle recruiting for a demanding portfolio of roles and is expected to keep pace without letting quality or candidate experience slip. This role works in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager, drawing on their guidance for complex searches while independently driving the day-to-day recruiting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own full-cycle recruiting efforts across a high-volume requisition load from job posting and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation for candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Deliver a consistently high-touch, white-glove candidate experience through prompt follow-up, clear communication, and attentive support from first contact through onboarding.
• Assess candidates through screens and interviews, recommend them to hiring managers, lead hiring team debriefs, and guide teams to confident final decisions.
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager on complex searches, executive-level roles, escalations, and process alignment.
• Leverage Greenhouse ATS and other recruiting technology, including AI-driven tools, to manage candidate records, streamline workflows, and keep hiring managers informed throughout the process.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, media, and other channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Concentric, representing the company externally at recruiting events, career fairs, university partnerships, and other talent engagement opportunities.
• Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing to shape branded recruiting collateral and external talent-attraction strategy.
• Support additional talent initiatives and projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent proven experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting specialist experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency environment
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a willingness to adopt and maximize new technologies
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar ATS required; familiarity with G Suite, Monday.com, BrightHire, and Grayscale strongly preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion and professionalism

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in Recruiting and/or Human Resources accepted
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence that builds credibility quickly with senior leaders, executives, and external stakeholders
• Comfortable engaging and advising senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders and external client hiring managers
• Excellent customer focus with a positive, consultative, white-glove service attitude
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing competing priorities and tight timelines with urgency and precision, without letting candidate experience slip
• Highly organized, with proven ability to prioritize under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills; comfortable taking initiative and working independently
• Works collaboratively with the broader team to accomplish shared goals
• Ability to handle confidential material while building trust and rapport with all levels of management, candidates, clients, and people from all backgrounds and experience levels
• Curious and adaptable; quick to learn and apply new tools, platforms, and recruiting practices, with fluency in AI tools and modern recruiting technology and a proactive eye for automating and streamlining workflows
• Familiarity with human resource practices
