Talent Acquisition Specialist - Middle

Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the FinteqHub People team and independently own the full recruitment cycle across the company.

You will work closely with People Managers, source and assess candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help deliver a strong candidate experience.

Beyond the day-to-day recruitment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to talent pools, talent mapping, recruitment analytics and process improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to accepted offer:

• Partner with People Managers to understand hiring needs, shape role requirements, and align on the recruitment approach.

• Build sourcing strategies and proactively identify candidates.

• Conduct screening interviews and support the selection process.

• Manage candidate communication and experience.

• Keep pipelines and recruitment data up to date.

• Drive hiring progress, identify risks early and proactively suggest solutions.

• Support offers and negotiations.

• Contribute to talent pools, market research, and recruitment process improvements.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment for tech, fintech, payments, or iGaming.

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage multiple vacancies.

• Confidence working with hiring managers and challenging requirements when needed.

• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and funnels.

• Fluent Russian; English B2
