Source and recruit independent linguist contractors worldwide, develop candidate pipelines, assess applicants, and manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, including mass hiring. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate relationships, support a positive candidate experience, and track recruitment metrics.
Key Responsibilities: (Not restricted to)
Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors from various regions based on language requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language skills and qualifications.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Can do mass hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
6 months to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time-management abilities.
Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed.
Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
