Job Summary:
We're looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role comes with real ownership. You'll drive the recruitment process end-to-end and directly shape the quality of talent we bring in. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments/hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through career portals, job boards, recruitment sites, and social platforms
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing or hard-to-fill roles
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Screen resumes and applications against role requirements
• Able to conduct initial screening call and first-round interviews independently
• Coordinate and participate in final-round interviews with team leads/hiring managers
• Consolidate interview feedback to support hiring decisions
• Support offer discussions and documentation as needed
• Assist the HR team with onboarding of new hires
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, etc.)
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the People Manager

• 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, having independently managed the full recruitment cycle
• Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing channels
• Ability to conduct interviews and assessments independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially when juggling multiple open roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
