Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a System's Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in La Crosse, WI.

We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, move quickly, and keep candidates and hiring leaders informed throughout the process. The right person is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple openings while bringing a thoughtful, people-first approach to recruiting at Emplify Health.

What You’ll Do

• Function as a high-level recruiter able to deliver on all areas of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding; supporting system-wide openings across all levels – Including associate staff, nursing, leadership, and support staff based on organizational needs and recruitment leadership direction. 

• Implement specialized recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top notch talent

• Assist in negotiating employment offers with candidates, including providing salary information, benefits, and other incentives

What You’ll Need:

• 5-7 years of recruitment, professional sales, marketing, customer service or related experience. A working knowledge of employment law with an aptitude for project management and public speaking required

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• RACR Certification Desired
