Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager (100% Remote but must be located in the Midwest)
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a strategic business partner to regional leadership and Human Resources, responsible for designing and executing the overall recruiting plan for a defined region. This role develops targeted sourcing strategies to deliver the right quality and quantity of candidates for all hourly and management positions in a cafe-based retail environment. The Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates closely with operational leaders to understand staffing needs at the cafe and market level, and then builds and adjusts regional plans to meet evolving business demands.

This role operates in a 100% remote work environment, providing flexibility while supporting a regionally focused retail cafe business. The position relies heavily on virtual collaboration tools, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and communication with hiring managers. The typical schedule aligns with standard business hours to accommodate regular leadership calls, planning meetings, and hiring manager interactions across the region. The role involves frequent virtual meetings and calls with regional leaders, cafe managers, and Talent Acquisition colleagues, requiring a professional remote presence and reliable home office setup.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.47 - $37.65/hr.
