The TA Operations & Automatisation Lead will design and scale a recruitment technology ecosystem while managing a multi-disciplinary team. They are responsible for driving AI-led automations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering strategic talent analytics to business stakeholders.
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and data-driven TA Operations & Automatisation Lead to design, build, and scale an enterprise-grade recruitment technology ecosystem. In this role, you will transform our Talent Acquisition function into a high-velocity, precision-focused engine by streamlining workflows, driving AI and low-code automations, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable analytics to key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Direct, lead, and oversee the TA Ops team (ATS Admin, Automation & AI Specialist, Operations Specialist, Talent Analytics Specialist), setting clear performance standards, KPIs, and daily execution priorities.
Define the long-term architecture and 12-month tech stack roadmap, prioritizing technical initiatives for ATS optimization, API integrations, and low-code/no-code automated workflows.
Lead the development of end-to-end recruitment analytics, guiding the team to build C-level dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and converting data into strategic business insights.
Ensure maximum data integrity (99%) across all talent systems and verify that automation projects deliver measurable time savings (FTE-hours saved).
Establish and control compliance governance across international hiring hubs (FCA, CySEC, ASIC), taking full ownership of regulatory risk escalation, process auditing, and audit readiness.
Streamline recruiter onboarding and standard operating procedures (SOPs), auditing process adoption to maintain a high compliance rate (95%).
Serve as the primary liaison representing TA Operations across cross-functional partnerships with the Head of Global TA, Head of People Data & Transformation, Legal, Compliance, and IT.
Drive continuous team development, mentorship, and growth through regular 1-on-1s, performance evaluations, and structured learning plans.
Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience in TA Operations, HR Tech, or Recruitment Analytics within an international environment, including 2+ years in a leadership role (Lead or Manager).
Proven track record of directly managing multi-disciplinary teams across analytics, system administration, and automation.
Deep expertise in Enterprise ATS/CRM architecture (Greenhouse, Workday, SmartRecruiters) and experience setting up API, webhook, and system integrations.
Practical experience in selecting, piloting, and implementing AI recruitment technologies (e.g., AI screening, automated sourcing, predictive analytics).
Strong background in recruitment analytics, funnel metrics, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English for effective cross-functional and global stakeholder management.
Strong leadership skills with proficiency in Agile/Kanban methodologies and resource allocation.
Experience with process engineering frameworks (BPMN, Value Stream Mapping) is a strong plus.
