Responsibilities

• Steer the implementation of software solutions for Swedish-speaking clients, overseeing each step of the integration process.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to customize software solutions according to client specifications.
• Deliver impactful training sessions to clients, educating them on the functionalities and benefits of the software.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to diagnose and address implementation challenges swiftly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes and client interactions using our CRM system.
• Collect client feedback post-implementation to inform software enhancements and service improvements.
• Keep abreast of software updates and industry developments to provide timely and relevant support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral, is mandatory.
• Solid experience in software implementation or project management is advantageous.
• Technical competence with a strong understanding of software applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge strong relationships with clients.
• Capability to deliver training and support in an engaging and comprehensible manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and client data management.
