Supply Chain Manager

At Gallagher Bassett, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This role is all about creating efficient procurement strategies, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements. You’ll play a key part in improving our supply chain processes and supporting our claims management operations.

You’ll lead sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring we work with reliable suppliers who meet our needs. By developing procurement strategies, you’ll help us achieve cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You’ll also manage supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and foster collaboration.

Working closely with our teams, you’ll streamline inventory processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency. You’ll also negotiate contracts, ensuring favourable terms for Gallagher Bassett while maintaining strong supplier partnerships. Additionally, you’ll contribute to our modern slavery initiatives and support client due diligence requests.

As part of the Operational Excellence team, you’ll work across the business to deliver data-driven, quality-focused outcomes that enhance profitability and align with our goals.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in supply chain management and procurement.
• Experience in the insurance claims industry and supply chain processes is essential.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage inventory and documentation effectively.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
