Who You Are
You have spent your career living between two worlds that most people pick one of. You know how to sell — not just close deals, but coach others to close, build a process that works at scale, and drive revenue month after month with real accountability. And you know how to build and run a program — the systems, the metrics, the customer experience, the operational discipline that makes
everything hold together when volume grows.
Most roles have asked you to be one or the other. You have been in sales leadership, or you have been in program management. What you actually want is to own the whole thing: the revenue line, the team, the customer experience, the strategy, and the outcomes.
You know what a good sales conversation sounds like, and you can coach your team to have better ones. You also know that the supplement customer experience does not end at the sale. Retention, reorders, patient success — those things live in how the team follows up, how questions get answered, and how the program is structured around what patients actually need. You hold both.
What you are tired of: programs that generate revenue but not results, teams that hit numbers but not standards, and leadership that tracks activity instead of outcomes. You want a role where you build the thing right, hold the team accountable to something meaningful, and see the results in the numbers.
About bVital
bVital is a regenerative medicine and wellness practice in Park City, Utah. We offer IV therapy, brain regeneration protocols, and an evolving supplement program for patients committed to meaningful health outcomes. Our supplement business is growing and we are building the team and infrastructure to match. That means bringing in a leader who can own the commercial side, develop the people underneath it, and
drive the program forward with the same rigor we apply to our clinical work. If you want to build something
real at a company that takes quality seriously, this is the role.
This is not a coordinator role. This is not a pure sales role. This is a program leadership role with a real P&L, a coaching responsibility, and accountability for outcomes across the full supplement customer journey.
The Role
You are the general manager of bVital's supplement program. You own the revenue, the team, the customer experience, and the strategy. The Supplement Sales Specialist and the supplement-focused customer service team members report to or are accountable to you. As the program grows, you will build out the team beneath you.
Sales Leadership and Team Coaching
- Directly coach the Supplement Sales Specialist: review calls, give feedback, develop their skills, and hold them accountable to conversion and retention targets.
- Set clear sales targets, track performance weekly, and run a regular cadence of performance reviews that drive improvement.
- Review sales call recordings and patient interactions to identify where the team is winning and where they are losing.
- Develop and maintain the supplement sales playbook: objection handling, follow-up sequences, conversation frameworks, and onboarding scripts.
- Recruit and onboard additional sales team members as the program grows.
Customer Service Oversight
- Own the supplement customer experience end-to-end: from first conversation through reorder, patient questions, and support escalations.
- Coach the customer service team on supplement-related interactions: accuracy, tone, product knowledge, and follow-through.
- Establish clear response standards, escalation paths, and quality benchmarks for supplement support.
- Review sampled customer interactions regularly and provide structured coaching feedback.
Program Strategy and Revenue Growth
- Own supplement program revenue as a business line: set targets, track performance, and drive month- over-month growth.
- Develop and execute a quarterly plan for growing the supplement program, including new patient conversion, existing patient retention, and protocol compliance improvement.
- Identify gaps in the patient journey where revenue or experience is being lost and bring proposals to leadership.
- Monitor program margins, reorder rates, and customer lifetime value and use those metrics to guide strategy.
Metrics, Reporting, and Accountability
- Build and maintain a supplement program performance dashboard that gives leadership a clear view of what is working, what is not, and what is next.
- Report weekly to the COO on revenue, team performance, customer experience metrics, and program health.
- Set individual and team goals tied to program outcomes, not just activity.
Clinical Collaboration
- Work with providers to understand supplement recommendations and ensure the program supports clinical intent.
- Translate clinical protocols into clear patient-facing language the team can use in conversations and follow-up.
Who Thrives Here
Must-haves:
- 4+ years in a sales leadership or sales management role, with demonstrated ability to coach reps and drive measurable improvement
- 2+ years in program management, operations management, or a role where you owned a P&L or a revenue-accountable business function
- Experience managing or developing a customer-facing team (sales, customer service, or both)
- Strong metrics fluency: you build dashboards, set KPIs, and make decisions from data
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you can run a coaching session, write a playbook, and present a performance review with equal clarity
Bonus points:
- Background in supplement, nutraceutical, functional health, or wellness industry
- Experience with Go High Level and Fathom, or similar CRM and call-recording platforms
- Prior experience in an integrative, functional, or regenerative medicine setting
- Familiarity with Fullscript, Wellevate, or similar supplement dispensing platforms
You thrive here if...
- Coaching people to get better is something you genuinely enjoy, not a management obligation.
- You hold standards without being rigid: you know when to push and when to support.
- Owning the outcome, not just the activity, is how you prefer to be measured.
This isn't for you if...
- You want to be a player-coach who still closes most of the deals yourself. This role builds the team, not the personal book.
- You are not comfortable with both the sales side and the operations side. This role requires both.
- Ambiguity and a growing program feel like instability rather than opportunity.
How You'll Be Measured
1. Supplement program revenue — month-over-month growth and annual revenue target achievement
2. Team conversion and retention metrics — the sales team's performance on the numbers that matter
3. Patient reorder rate — the percentage of patients who stay on their supplement protocol past the first
order
4. Customer experience quality — scored interactions, response times, and escalation rate
5. Coaching impact — measurable improvement in team performance over time under your leadership
