• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, becoming a trusted partner in achieving their business goals.
• Develop and execute long-term account strategies that drive client success, revenue growth, retention, and expanded adoption of Alegeus solutions.
• Lead impactful Executive Business Reviews that demonstrate value, uncover new opportunities, and align future initiatives with client objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success teams to create exceptional client experiences and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through renewals, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives, helping clients maximize the value of their investment with Alegeus.
• Use data-driven insights, industry expertise, and strategic planning to proactively manage account health, mitigate risks, and fuel long-term partnership success.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills; strong executive presence; financial and business acumen; ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate client needs, influence across organizations, remain calm under pressure, and continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience: Proven success in enterprise account management, strategic account management, client success, or consultative sales, with 8-12+ years of experience managing Fortune 1000 and enterprise clients across healthcare, benefits, SaaS, fintech, technology, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, cross-sell and upsell strategies while building trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience required. MBA preferred.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
