The Consultant & Broker Relations Manager will build strategic relationships with brokers and consultants to drive market strategy and expand sales opportunities. They will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent messaging and act as a trusted advisor to support complex sales pursuits.

The RFP Writer will lead high-impact RFx projects from kickoff to submission while crafting compelling, strategic proposals that showcase Alegeus solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex technical and operational expertise into clear, client-focused content.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and lead follow-up to identify and engage decision-makers. Collaborate cross-functionally to align platform capabilities with prospect pain points and grow the sales pipeline.

Own the roadmap and delivery of data, file, and experience integrations to create a cohesive API-first platform. Focus on reducing partner time-to-first-value and improving developer experience through robust documentation, SDKs, and reliable API versioning.

Build and maintain senior leadership relationships with clients to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Manage employer pipelines in Salesforce and implement strategies to exceed annual recurring revenue targets.
