Sr. Vice President, Sales & Sales Operations

Position and Duties. During the Term (as defined below), the Company agrees to 

employ Employee in the position of Senior Vice President, Sales & Sales Operations of the 

Company (“SVP”). In such position, Employee shall have such duties and responsibilities 

attendant to the position of senior commercial and sales leadership, including responsibility for 

building and scaling the Company’s commercial organization and sales operation, and shall render 

services consistent with such position, as applicable and appropriate and such services as the Chief 

Executive Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) or the Board of Directors of the Company (the 

“Board”) may from time to time direct or require. As SVP, Employee shall report to the CEO.

During the Term, Employee shall devote best efforts, skills and abilities, on a full-time basis, 

exclusively to the Company’s business. Employee covenants and agrees to faithfully adhere to and 

fulfill such policies as are established from time to time by the Board (“Policies”).
