Sr. Revenue Systems Administrator

Location: Remote (USA)   

Reports to:  Director of Revenue Operations

The Senior Revenue Systems Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring our revenue technology ecosystem enables our teams to do their best work. By optimizing HubSpot, DealHub, system integrations, reporting, and automation, this role empowers Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to spend less time managing systems and more time supporting educators and improving literacy outcomes.

Success in this role means building scalable, reliable revenue systems that streamline operations, maintain trusted data, and provide leadership with the insights needed to make confident business decisions.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our revenue technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot and DealHub, ensuring our systems, workflows, integrations, and data are operating efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and DealHub administration, a strong understanding of revenue operations processes and analytics, and a passion for building scalable solutions that improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, driving process improvements, supporting end users, and enabling our go-to-market teams through scalable automation, actionable reporting, trusted data, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

HubSpot Administration

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, workflows, custom properties, and reporting. 
  • Configure and optimize sales, marketing, and service hubs. 
  • Create and maintain automated workflows, lead routing rules, email templates, forms, and sequences. 
  • Monitor data quality, deduplication, and CRM governance standards. 
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support business performance and decision-making. 
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems. 
  • Support user onboarding, training, and ongoing system adoption. 
  • Support data analytics to help make key business decisions.

DealHub Administration

  • Administer and maintain DealHub platform. 
  • Configure pricing rules, product catalogs, approval workflows, quote templates, and contract generation processes. 
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure accurate pricing and quoting structures. 
  • Maintain product configurations and subscription models. 
  • Troubleshoot quote generation, approval workflows, and integration issues. 
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities. 

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements. 
  • Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. 
  • Document business processes, system configurations, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain CRM and CPQ performance reports. 
  • Provide insights to leadership through dashboards and data analysis.
  • Support with Ad Hoc analysis 
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms. 

User Support & Training

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot and DealHub users. 
  • Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate vendor support when necessary. 
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions. 
  • Promote best practices and increase system adoption across teams. 

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or related field. 
  • 3-5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM. 
  • 3-5+ years of experience administering DealHub CPQ or similar CPQ platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of CRM, data analytics, sales operations, and quote-to-cash processes. 
  • Experience with workflow automation, reporting, and system integrations. 
  • Proficiency in data management and CRM governance. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot and DealHub Certifications.
  • Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms. 
  • Experience with integrating HubSpot, DealHub, NetSuite, Google Workspace, and ERP integrations. 
  • Strong SQL, data analysis tools, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market teams.

Physical Requirements

This is a fully remote role. Team members work primarily at a computer and regularly engage in video conferencing, document review, and digital collaboration. The ability to work at a screen for extended periods, use standard input devices, and participate in virtual meetings is required.
