AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring they remain on scope, on schedule, and aligned with agreed outcomes. You will also coordinate cross-functional internal teams and act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders to drive adoption and value realization.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager on our Customer Implementation team, you'll own the successful onboarding and delivery of TalentNeuron's Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) implementations to our enterprise customers. You're the person who turns a signed contract into a live, adopted solution — coordinating internal teams and customer stakeholders, keeping delivery on time and on scope, and making sure customers see value quickly. It's a hands-on, highly customer-facing role with real executive presence, balanced with the coordination and administrative rigor that keeps complex implementations on track.

You'll report to the Head of Professional Services, and this role is open now to bring experienced project management to our growing portfolio of SWP implementations. It's a fully remote role open to candidates based in the UK or Germany (London a plus).

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects — from kickoff through go-live and handover — keeping each on scope, on schedule, and aligned to agreed outcomes.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, and keep every stakeholder clear on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Own and administer the team's project management tooling, keeping plans, status, and reporting current as the single source of truth for each implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer project stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations throughout onboarding.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams — data, product, customer success, and advisory — to deliver against commitments.
  • Support smooth handovers across the delivery lifecycle — from sales to implementation, and from implementation to customer success.
  • Own the implementation risk register — identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and scope changes before they affect delivery, escalating early, and reporting delays and issues to leadership.
  • Drive customer adoption and early value realization, making sure users are enabled and outcomes are met.
  • Capture delivery learnings and feed them back into implementation playbooks, templates, and ways of working.

What You'll Bring

Must-haves

  • Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or delivery projects end-to-end in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management fundamentals — planning, scoping, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and align internal teams.
  • A track record of coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and to scope.
  • Comfort working with data or SaaS products, and the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team across time zones.
  • Hands-on experience owning and administering project management and collaboration tooling (e.g. Asana, Jira, Monday, or similar), and working within a modern CRM (e.g. Salesforce).

Nice-to-have

  • A recognized project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum) — a plus, not required.
  • Familiarity with the HR, talent, or workforce planning domain, or with delivering to those buyers.
  • Experience implementing data-heavy or analytics SaaS solutions for enterprise customers.

What Success Looks Like

  • In your first 90 days, you've taken ownership of a portfolio of active implementations and built strong working relationships with your customers and internal teams.
  • Your projects consistently go live on time, on scope, and with customers who are enabled and seeing early value.
  • Stakeholders — internal and customer-side — always know where a project stands, what's at risk, and what's next.
  • Delivery keeps getting smoother because you turn what you learn into repeatable playbooks.
