About the Opportunity

We are GCO Operations—strategic partners to leaders across the Global Customer Office. We turn data into strategy and strategy into execution, helping GCO teams plan, perform, and grow efficiently. Working across Customer Success, Managed Services, Tax, Customer Support, and Operations, we identify opportunities, optimize processes, and enable GCO to operate as a cohesive global organization.

As the Senior Principal, GCO Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving alignment between strategy, operations, and customer success. You will lead strategic initiatives that connect data, systems, and business outcomes to support enterprise transformation across the Global Customer Office. This role may also specialize in a functional domain such as Forecasting, Analytics, Business Process Optimization, Customer Operations, Managed Services, Tax Operations, or Customer Success.

What You'll Get to Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GCO executives, translating data and insights into strategic action plans.
  • Lead global initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
  • Establish enterprise-wide performance governance and forecasting standards.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, and Global Operations to drive cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor senior business partners to promote strategic alignment and leadership consistency.
  • Provide strategic leadership within a functional domain, including Forecasting, Analytics, Business Process Optimization, Customer Operations, Managed Services, Tax Operations, or Customer Success.

Skills and Experience We Value

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Eight or more years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategic enablement, or a related field.
  • Recognized expertise in operational strategy and analytics leadership.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer success, operational performance, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead transformation across global teams.

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and forecasting standards across global organizations.
  • Expertise in one or more GCO functional domains, including Forecasting, Analytics, Business Process Optimization, Customer Operations, Managed Services, Tax Operations, or Customer Success.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Finance, Product, and Global Operations to deliver strategic business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to mentor senior business partners and influence organizational direction.
