The Senior Portfolio Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a $100M portfolio of government contracts. They will oversee strategic business plans, manage EAC forecasts, and ensure compliance with DCAA audits and federal regulations.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
- V2X seeks a Portfolio Financial Manager, Sr for a business portfolio with approximately $100M of annual revenue from a diversified set of DOD and Government clients. The individual will be responsible for all aspects of the Portfolio's financial planning and analysis, project forecasting, financial reporting, operational controls, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review portfolio-level financial statements, monthly results, forecasts, and budgets to assess the financial condition of the portfolio in an effort to drive improved profitability and business performance
- Working with the program managers, functional leads, and leadership team, overseeing the development of strategic business plans and forecasts.
- Prepare, update, and distribute monthly Portfolio/ Program results with insights into trends and variance analysis
- Manages financial aspects of all programs EAC (Estimate at Complete) forecasts. Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and reporting for the monthly (PMR) Program Management Review.
- Primary point of contact for all DCAA audits ensuring timely, accurate, and complete interaction with the various auditors.
- Maintains financial project orders and work instructions, developing new ones as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. (One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required)
- MBA and /or CPA is strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in all areas of accounting and finance with a demonstrated increase in scope of responsibility if that period of work was in a role other than management.
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience is required.
- Previous experience working on a DoD or in support of a federal contract (Fixed Price Incentive/Cost Plus) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) & Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Significant experience in financial management of government contracts (Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, Firm Fixed Price Incentive)
- Other Requirement:

- Software:
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP. OneStream experience preferred.
- Technology:
- Company-issued computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
