Sr. Manager, Global Client Strategy - Internal Only

Your job

Drive accelerated revenue growth across Indeed’s largest Enterprise accounts by leading a high-performing team of People Managers and Individual Contributors (ICs). As the strategic owner of your assigned market, you will define revenue strategy and drive cross-functional alignment with critical executive partners, including Sales HOS, Sales Ops, SEFF, GCI, and GCD.

This high-impact leadership role requires deep Enterprise sales expertise, operational rigor, and a proven track record of inspiring both tenured managers and senior individual contributors.

Who you are

• Leadership & Coaching: Direct and mentor a team of tenured Global Client Strategy Managers. Conduct high-leverage 1:1s focused on strategic outcomes, pipeline acceleration, and revenue execution.
• Market Ownership & Advocacy: Define market strategy, set operational standards, and proactively remove roadblocks to position your team for sustained success.
• Strategic Execution: Drive organizational performance against key KPIs and annual deal strategies, expanding client footprint and deepening key strategic partnerships.
• Visibility & Alignment: Promote the team’s impact across Indeed, building solid internal buy-in and cross-departmental collaboration.

Who we are

• Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at synthesizing complex insights and market data to drive sound strategic choices.
• Operational Leadership: Proven ability to balance high-level initiative execution with effective delegation and direct involvement when needed.
• Change Management & Communication: Concise, high-impact communicator capable of leading teams through organizational evolution and complex challenges.
• Strategic Innovation: Proactive thinker who challenges the status quo to optimize revenue outcomes, internal workflows, and client-facing tooling.

Internal Mobility Requirements

• An employee must not be on an active *formal performance improvement plan (PIP), or have an active warning on their file at the time of application.
• Employees must have been in their current position for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Changes in Job Profile due to reorganization/team restructure or a level up/auto promotion (ex. Account Executive to Senior Account Executive) do not affect time in role.
