This senior-level role partners closely with the Sr. HRIS Manager to develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, improve data integrity, and provide meaningful workforce insights that support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

📈 Reporting, Dashboards & Automation

• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and alerts using:
  • Palantir
  • Power BI
  • Power Automate
  • Workato
• Create automated workflows and reporting solutions using data from UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, and other HRIS platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.

🔍 HR Data Analytics

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Support reporting related to:
  • Turnover
  • Workforce demographics
  • Employee engagement
  • Compliance metrics
  • Data auditing
• Assist with developing department-level KPIs.
• Monitor data integrity and communicate issues to appropriate departments.
• Perform ongoing data validation and auditing activities.

🛡️ Data Governance & Quality

• Conduct data audits and validation checks.
• Support data governance initiatives across HR systems.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of employee data across multiple platforms.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand reporting needs.
• Deliver custom reports and analytics to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for HR data requests and reporting questions.

🎓 Training & User Support

• Provide support and guidance on accessing and interpreting reports.
• Assist with creating user training materials and documentation.
• Help increase adoption and understanding of HR analytics tools.

🚀 Continuous Improvement

• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Research and implement new reporting, automation, and analytics capabilities.
• Stay current on Palantir, Power BI, and automation best practices.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✅ 6+ years of HRIS and HR data experience

✅ 3+ years of experience with:

• Palantir
• Power BI
• Power Automate
• Workato
• Power Query
• Data visualization and automation tools

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✅ Experience with:

• UKG Pro (preferred)
• ADP Workforce Now
• Recruiting metrics
• Time & attendance reporting
• LMS reporting and analytics
• Ticketing dashboards

✅ Strong understanding of:

• ETL processes
• Data validation techniques
• Data auditing practices
• Data governance principles

✅ Proven ability to:

• Work independently
• Troubleshoot reporting issues
• Manage multiple priorities
• Deliver results with minimal supervision

✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills

✅ Continuous learner with a passion for HR technology and analytics

• HaloPSA
• Relias LMS
• Advanced Power BI dashboards
• Advanced Palantir dashboard development

Education

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in:

• Human Resources
• Information Systems
• Data Analytics

OR

Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
