The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • College Degree
  • English and Portuguese for the Americas Region and prefer Spanish as well
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services environment
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and regulatory requirements
  • Log and manage tickets/cases in the system (management/CRM tools, preferably JIRA)
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to spot trends and suggest improvements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

 

The Sr. HR Service Partner, will be a key member of the HR Shared Services team, supporting associates and leaders by delivering consistent, efficient, and high-quality HR services. This role focuses on operational excellence, process accuracy, and effective use of HR systems, enabling HR partners and business leaders to concentrate on higher-value activities.

 

Reporting to the Shared Service Manager & Operations, this position plays an important role in maintaining standardized HR processes, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.

 

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders
  • Using knowledge database, FAQs and training, manage assigned caseload in the case management system for more complex level 2 transactions/requests such as:  Preboarding, Severance, etc.
  • Log and manage tickets/cases in the system.
  • Guide users on self-service tools and knowledge base content.
  • Provide updates and supports the development and improvement of knowledge base articles, FAQ's, internal process documentation and standard work.
  • Ensure SLAs and service quality standards are met with a high-level of accuracy.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and standard work procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to Tier 3 and SMEs, as needed
  • Manage Confidential matters and resolves escalated cases.
  • Participates in continuous improvement efforts, workshops, provides insights to improve processes or self-service tools, etc.
  • Provides advice, trains, and coaches Tier 1 Service Partners
