Job Summary

FastField is a self-serve product: buyers find us, start a free trial, and convert on their own. We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own that funnel end to end — acquisition, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and expansion — for Quickbase’s mobile forms and field operations solution built for safety inspectors, facilities managers, fleet supervisors, and field service crews.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to go deep on one product: its buyers, its market, and its funnel. You will own the growth number, run the experiment roadmap, and work as closely with Product as you do with Marketing. You will coordinate the full funnel for FastField across product, paid, organic, content, lifecycle email, and web, and serve as FastField’s primary marketing partner to Product and Sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the messaging and experience from first click through trial activation, working with Product on in-app touchpoints and with the Ops team on onboarding sequences that move trial users through the funnel.
  • Own FastField’s growth number — visitor-to-trial, trial activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and self-serve revenue — and report on funnel performance with enough fluency to explain what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Own the experimentation roadmap across the pricing page, onboarding, in-app paywalls, and lifecycle email, and ship a steady test cadence with clean readouts.
  • Own product-led acquisition: drive SEO and programmatic content, app store listings for iOS and Android, and review-site programs on G2 and Capterra.
  • Become the growth team’s expert on FastField’s market — knowing the buyers well enough to write the messaging brief, identify the highest-value segments, and spot competitive threats before they show up in win/loss data.
  • Own FastField’s evergreen programs across all owned channels to keep the funnel moving between launches and peak moments.
  • Partner with Product and PMM to set the growth brief for every release, run go-to-market execution across all owned and external channels, and ensure launches convert.
  • Serve as FastField’s standing marketing counterpart to Product and PMM — attend roadmap reviews, bring the market perspective into prioritization conversations, and flag growth implications before features ship.
  • Partner with Sales on the hand-raise path for trial accounts showing team-level expansion signals, and own ROI reporting on paid audience-acquisition programs including sponsored placements and partnerships.
  • Run FastField’s credibility programs end to end — webinars, office hours, industry expert and influencer collaborations, and select third-party events — from topic selection and promotion through post-event conversion sequences.
  • Coordinate FastField media investments with the Paid Media team, drive the monthly creative and messaging refresh cycle, and identify new opportunities for spend efficiency and revenue contribution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Three or more years owning a self-serve or freemium funnel end to end, with direct accountability for activation and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Six or more years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing, with at least some of that time owning multiple channels simultaneously rather than one function in isolation.
  • Fluent in product analytics: comfortable in Pendo, Amplitude, or similar, and able to read a cohort chart and design a test without waiting on an analyst.
  • A track record of running a structured experimentation program, including test prioritization, sample sizing, and honest readouts of tests that failed.
  • Strong product instincts — ability to read a roadmap, translate it into growth implications, and understand what messaging resonates at different funnel stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple channels including paid, organic, email, and web programs.
  • Experience working closely with Product or PMM teams, not just receiving briefs from them.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with field operations, EHS, construction, facilities, or frontline workforce software — the industries FastField serves most.
  • Experience testing pricing and packaging on a self-serve product.
  • App store optimization experience for a mobile-first product on iOS and Android.
  • Experience in a product-led motion with a sales-assist layer.
  • Working knowledge of product analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM such as Pendo, HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content, or campaign work.
