The Senior Area Sales Manager will strategically leverage customer relationships to execute annual sales plans and drive growth within the building materials industry. They will act as a trusted business advisor, providing customer insights and executing price strategies to help clients succeed.

This position will support the Roofing Distribution business and customers and is a part of the Eastern North Carolina sales team.

Business Requirements
The base salary range for this position is $79,000 to $102,000. We also offer a substantial benefits package including insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability/supplemental offerings), 401k (company contribution regardless of employee participation – plus match), paid time off that considers full professional tenure (vacation, personal floating and standard holidays), Employee Assistance Services, Stock Purchase Program – and more.
