About the Role

As an Senior Account Executive (AE) focused on both new business acquisition and account expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in Balkans. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies to engage C-level decision-makers, identify new opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, and drive incremental revenue.

This is a quota-carrying role requiring a strong understanding of enterprise sales, complex deal cycles, and the ability to balance new logo acquisition with growth across existing accounts. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to uncovering new opportunities, identifying whitespace, and expanding our footprint across customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities while driving expansion within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through new logo prospecting, account penetration, networking, and executive engagement.
• Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting high-potential enterprise customers and prospects.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and expand relationships across new business units, stakeholders, and buying centers within existing accounts.
• Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, often involving multiple stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Line of Business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to tailor solutions and support long-term customer value.
• Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to executive stakeholders.
• Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline using Salesforce.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement through a combination of new business generation and account expansion.
• Proven experience selling enterprise solutions and developing business opportunities in Balkans.
• Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new logos while identifying and closing expansion opportunities within existing customers.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C-level leaders (CIO, COO, CXO).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a growth mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling cloud-based, CX, AI, or contact center solutions.
• Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
• Strong network and established relationships across enterprise accounts and partner ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field (MBA a plus).
