Mission of the Role
Create effective email marketing through strong copy and design, manage email performance, and suggest and implement changes that improve customer engagement, retention and sales.

Please note that this role starts off as a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position subject to individual’s performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo that support customer engagement, retention and sales.
  
• Create persuasive email copy and design that connect with our customers and encourage action.
  
• Work with the team to shape campaign priorities and approaches, contributing ideas to improve email effectiveness.
  
• Monitor email performance, recommend improvements and implement changes and tests to strengthen results.
  
• Deliver accurate, well-targeted campaigns and automated emails, maintaining consistent quality across content, audience selection and the customer experience.

Key Skills / Experience

• At least two (2) years of experience planning, building and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
  
• Strong email copywriting and design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio showing your contribution to both.
  
• Sound marketing judgement: able to explain why a message or design should work for the audience and suggest stronger approaches.
  
• Able to assess email performance and translate findings into practical improvements.
  
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform. Klaviyo experience is preferred; relevant experience with other platforms is also considered.
  
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email is an advantage, particularly for troubleshooting formatting and ensuring emails display well across mobile devices. 
  
• Meticulous attention to execution and quality control, and able to manage day-to-day campaign delivery independently.
  
• Able to collaborate across time zones with a Singapore-based team.
  
• Ecommerce or direct-to-consumer experience preferred; health, wellness or supplements experience is an advantage.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience independently shaping email campaign priorities and retention approaches.
  
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Photoshop or equivalent design tools.
  
• Shopify or comparable ecommerce platform familiarity.
  
• Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals.
  
• SMS marketing experience.
