Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including market research and supplier identification.
  • Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor sourcing solutions accordingly.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in strategic sourcing.
  • Provide regular progress reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
