Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing team focused on building modern enterprise applications, cloud-native platforms, and AI-enabled solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This opportunity is best suited for a true Senior engineer who has designed, developed, and delivered production Azure solutions and can demonstrate strong hands-on Python development experience.

You'll work closely with architects, infrastructure teams, security professionals, and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support critical business operations and customer experiences.

This is a hands-on engineering role that combines cloud architecture, full-stack development, system integration, and emerging AI technologies.


What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Python, C#, .NET, React, and TypeScript
  • Build and maintain cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure App Services
  • Develop scalable APIs and microservices supporting critical business workflows
  • Build event-driven and asynchronous solutions using Azure Service Bus
  • Develop integrations with ERP, CRM, WMS, and other enterprise systems
  • Design and support data movement and integration workflows using Azure Data Factory
  • Implement secure and scalable solutions utilizing Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Redis
  • Create AI-enabled business solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Document Intelligence
  • Support infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines using Terraform and Azure DevOps
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Azure-native tools
  • Drive architectural decisions, mentor team members, and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience building enterprise applications in cloud environments
  • Strong expertise with:
    • Python
    • C# / .NET
    • React.js
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • HTML/CSS
    • SQL and stored procedures
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Azure Functions
    • Azure Data Factory (ADF)
    • Azure App Services
    • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
    • Azure SQL
    • PostgreSQL
    • Azure Blob Storage
    • Azure Service Bus
    • Azure API Management
    • Azure Key Vault
    • Azure Cache for Redis
    • Azure Monitor
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems
  • Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and modern authentication frameworks
  • Hands-on CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps
  • Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform
  • Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
  • Experience delivering B2B commerce or customer portal solutions
  • Experience integrating ERP, CRM, WMS, or supply chain systems
  • Exposure to Azure OpenAI, GenAI, prompt engineering, or AI-powered application development
  • Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments
  • Azure certifications such as:
    • Azure Developer Associate
    • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    • DevOps Engineer Expert

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wilsonville, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
