Role Purpose:
As a Team Lead on our GTech Platform, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software developers and QA testers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your focus will be on developing your team members through coaching and mentoring, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving collaboration and innovation within the team.

Major Challenges:

  • Balancing project priorities, managing competing deadlines, and ensuring the timely delivery of software features and components.
  • Adapting to evolving technology landscapes, software development methodologies, customer demands, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with external partners (e.g., customers or vendors) on integrations and projects that impact the GTech platform.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent verifiable experience.
  • Strong foundation in software development concepts and principles (ideally with experience in GTech's technology stack).
  • Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge and experience within the industry
  • MS Word and Excel skills
  • Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
  • Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
