Job Description

What You’ll Work On

📲 Social Media Strategy & Content Development

• Strengthen and expand Italian Itinerary’s social media presence across Instagram and Facebook, aligning content with the brand’s core offerings—including new wellness and yoga retreat services.
• Create and schedule high-quality branded content using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
• Contribute to storytelling, visual identity, and community engagement strategies with a focus on quality and authenticity—not just growth.
• Research and assess potential PR and influencer partnerships in the travel and wellness spaces.

🤖 AI-Powered Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Use AI tools to support email marketing strategy, segmenting audiences and personalizing outreach.
• Help create simple analytics reports using AI-generated data to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
• Support in the ideation and delivery of online webinars, digital campaigns, and special event promotions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English (strong written and spoken communication skills).
• High attention to detail and a proactive, independent work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for AI-driven digital marketing and social media growth.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify high-value collaborations.
• Creativity in content creation, campaign development, and audience engagement.
• Any experience with WordPress, SEO, or AI-enhanced marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva) is a plus.
• Italian language skills are a plus but not required.

About the Internship Structure

This internship is considered a curricular internship, referred to as:

• Academic Internship (U.S.): for academic credit or degree fulfillment
• Tirocinio Formativo (Italy): educational placement tied to university programs
• Stage (France, Belgium, etc.): structured, often unpaid practical training
• Praktikum (Germany): formal requirement of a study program
• Placement (UK): experience-based learning tied to coursework
