SmartRecruiters Lead Consultant - Europe based

SmartRecruiters is a cloud-based Talent Acquisition Suite, supporting topics in recruiting and hiring, such as job requisitions, candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, interview management, onboarding, and recruiting analytics, and more. 

This is a remote and client-facing role, open to freelancers based in Europe.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) of the SmartRecruiters platform 

• Design technical solutions for customer projects, including configuration of job requisitions, candidate pipelines, career site and reporting 

• Provide guidance on career site design, branding alignment and user experience best practices for customers 

• Run process discussions and guide customers around recruiting and talent acquisition best practices 

• Prepare and own all technical documents, including process flows, workbooks and test scenarios based on the design 

• Act as first line of contact to the customer for any technical/solution topics 

• Responsible for functional requirements for reports, dashboards and integrations with the client’s HRIS, job boards and sourcing channels 

• Liaise on design decisions to the technical teams and provide timely clarifications when needed 

• Align and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementation of concurrent projects 

• Support data migration activities and drive change management communications ahead of go-live 

• Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the project manager(s) 

Job Requirements: 

• Ability to work directly with customers and managing their requirements 

• Experience in Talent Acquisition Technologies (ATS / CRM) or HR Information Technologies (HRIS / HRIT) 

• Experience working with SmartRecruiters or other leading ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting) – a significant advantage 
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules – a significant advantage

• Professional presentation and communication skills 

• Good knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition concepts and processes 

• Experience working in global companies - an advantage 

• High Proficiency level in English (both written and verbal)
