Short-form Content Script Writer

This is a remote position.

• Write short-form video scripts for real estate and client content
  
• Turn property details and selling points into engaging stories
  
• Create strong hooks, talking points, and calls-to-action
  
• Adapt scripts to different brands, audiences, and content styles
  
• Organize scripts within content calendars
  
• Collaborate with the video editing and content teams
  
• Use Claude and other AI tools for research and content development
  

• Experience writing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form platforms
  
• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
  
• Ability to write conversational scripts that sound natural on camera
  
• Strong understanding of hooks and social media content
  
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude
  

• Real estate or digital marketing experience
  
• Experience working with content calendars or video teams
