Senior Workforce Management Consultant – Connect FCS

Location: Remote (USA)

Time Zone:  Must be able to work Central Time or Eastern Time hours

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Consultant with proven Amazon Connect FCS implementation experience to lead customer engagements from discovery through deployment and adoption. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and operations stakeholders while also providing hands-on configuration and implementation support.

This individual must be comfortable working independently, leading workshops, documenting requirements, configuring solutions, training end users, and ensuring implementations meet defined business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years’ experience working as a Workforce Management Consultant with implementation experience and hands-on experience configuring and building workforce management solutions.
• 1 or more years of experience specific to Amazon Connect FCS (Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling)
• 1 or more implementations with Amazon Connect FCS solutions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering training and knowledge transfer to business and technical users.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into scalable system configurations.

• Ability to work Central Time or Eastern Time hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple Amazon Connect FCS implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale workforce management transformations.

• Consulting experience in enterprise software implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Amazon Connect FCS implementation projects.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with business and operations teams to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze workforce management processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Design and configure Connect FCS solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Perform hands-on system setup, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work collaboratively with customer teams to build solutions and transfer knowledge throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate that implemented solutions meet business, operational, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training sessions.
• Create implementation documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
• Provide post-implementation guidance and support during stabilization periods.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary customer-facing consultant throughout the engagement.

Applicants can expect to make between $160,000 to $205,000. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
