Senior Software Developer (Applied AI GTM)

Location: Remote (Bulgaria Only)

ROLE SUMMARY
Join our Applied AI team to design, build, and deliver advanced AI solutions that automate and optimize Go-To-Market (GTM) operations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive business impact with actionable AI insights and streamlined processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and develop AI-driven systems to optimize GTM workflows

• Engineer data signals to identify purchase intent, expansion opportunities, and churn risk

• Build and maintain data pipelines and backend services for GTM automation

• Rapidly prototype and scale AI concepts into production features

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to address operational challenges

• Contribute to Dext’s proprietary AI agent platform

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency with AI-assisted development environments (Cursor, Claude Code)

• Experience with LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic)

• End-to-end full-stack development (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, SQL)

• Strong data pipeline skills; comfortable with structured data

• Ability to iterate from prototype to stable, scalable product

• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience with PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas

• Interest in sales, customer success, or marketing operations
