Our client is a high-performance affiliate and lead generation company operating in the iGaming and finance sectors. They acquire and scale digital assets that generate qualified, high-intent traffic through SEO, paid media, and conversion-focused funnels, turning user demand into measurable revenue and commercial growth.

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Senior Sales Manager to grow the affiliate and partnership network. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys closing high-value deals, and has a strong understanding of performance marketing, the iGaming industry, and affiliate ecosystems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently to drive business development within a highly competitive landscape.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the partner portfolio, optimising existing relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across multiple verticals and markets.

Location: Malta or remote

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Manager, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Building, managing, and optimising affiliate accounts while maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships.

  • Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new commercial partners to expand the network.

  • Driving revenue growth by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial opportunities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (product, content, marketing) to align campaigns and promotional offers.

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities for growth.

  • Managing inbound sales leads and optimising the conversion funnel to maximise acquisition.

  • Providing regular reporting on sales performance, partnership metrics, and market insights to stakeholders.

  • Supporting the overall commercial strategy through new initiatives, products, and growth channels.

  • Representing the company at international conferences, networking events, and industry trade shows.

  • Taking ownership of ad hoc commercial and operational projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Sales and Account Management department within the iGaming industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate and close complex commercial deals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.

  • Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong CRM skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in using HubSpot.
