Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the online acquisition and expansion of KOLs, agencies (IBs), and core communities within the cryptocurrency space in the target Persian market, establishing and maintaining long-term, stable cooperative relationships.
  • Build a network of industry contacts, facilitate the rapid implementation of business cooperation plans, and effectively increase the number of new active users and the trading volume of perpetual contracts in the Persian-speaking region.
  • Communicate and negotiate cooperation terms. Based on the platform's partnership mechanisms (e.g., rebate/commission systems), formulate reasonable commercial cooperation proposals and drive the execution of agreements.
  • Regularly track and analyze the data performance of partnered channels (such as registrations, deposits, and contract trading volumes), evaluate the ROI of collaborations, and optimize subsequent channel expansion strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain close communication with internal marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of business projects and the proper allocation of resources.


Qualifications


  • Native or fully fluent in Persian (Farsi), with a deep understanding of the local market culture and user habits; possess strong written and spoken proficiency in English or Mandarin, capable of using it as a daily working language for cross-border business communication.
  • 2+ years of Business Development (BD) or B2B sales experience in cryptocurrency, financial derivatives, or related fields.
  • Possess a mature industry network and come equipped with high-conversion KOL, agency, or community partnership resources in the Persian-speaking region. Must be able to provide past successful case studies or relevant data support during the interview stage.
  • Highly familiar with the business logic of cryptocurrency perpetual contract trading, with a deep understanding of mainstream business cooperation models and channel development trends in the Web3 market.
  • Possess excellent business negotiation skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong goal-oriented mindset. Capable of independently driving complex partnership projects from end to end.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, cross-timezone, and remote working environment; highly responsible and self-driven; primarily conduct business online but open to occasional business travel based on actual needs.
