Job Title: Senior Manager, Digital HCP Marketing, US Established Products Location: Bridgewater, NJ About the job As the Senior Manager of HCP Digital Engagement at Sanofi, your role will be pivotal in shaping digital marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical products. You'll focus on novel methods of content creation, partnering with Global and GTMC, and play a key role in innovation within GenMeds. Your mission is to understand healthcare professionals (HCPs), expand their reach, and solve access challenges with a strong "Customer First" ethos. The demand for effective digital HCP engagement continues to grow as companies seek innovative ways to connect with medical professionals. Your role will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to Sanofi's success. Main responsibilities: Apply direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies to Insulins, Oncology, Multaq, Synvisc, Lovenox, Aubagio, Mozobil, and Winthrop authorized generics. Adopt digital transformation and Agile methodologies to accelerate and scale new operating models. Successfully evolve ways of working while delivering results and avoiding disruptions. Champion transversal ways of working using standardized frameworks to develop and execute a best in class HCP-centric digital marketing strategy across all products. Explore emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and telehealth platforms to inform thoughtful risks when expanding Sanofi's leadership in digital HCP engagement. Develop adapted content in a global manner, respecting regulatory frameworks. Understand HCP behaviors, preferences, and needs to tailor marketing efforts effectively in parallel to leveraging data analytics and insights to drive personalized HCP engagement. Broaden HCP access by leveraging digital channels, optimizing online presence, search engine visibility, and social media engagement. Collaborate closely with portfolio leads and cross-functional teams to best align on engagement strategies, reach diverse HCP populations and address any gaps/challenges that relate. Develop targeted campaigns to educate HCPs about available resources and assistance programs and work closely with market access teams to navigate reimbursement complexities. About you Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of HCP journeys, digital channels, and patient-centric approaches. Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. Soft and technical skills: Think Sanofi First: Inspire trust through empathy and authenticity.
