About the Role:

This is hands-on editorial work: evaluating AI-generated writing for clarity, accuracy, structure, and style at the standard of a professional newsroom, and creating reference work that sets the bar.

Scope of Work:

• Evaluate AI-generated writing for quality, accuracy, tone, and structure

• Write and edit reference pieces that define excellent output

• Provide detailed editorial feedback and rewrites

• Help shape writing standards for AI systems

Preferred Qualifications:

1. At least one year of experience as an editor, writer, or journalist at a reputable publication (WSJ, NYT, Reuters, or comparable), with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years

2. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university

3. Based in an English-speaking country

4. Exceptional command of written English
