About This Role

The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping build the organizational capability Caylent needs to grow. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through organization design, leadership, workforce, and talent decisions.

You will help leaders make clearer decisions on team design, leadership capability, workforce tradeoffs, performance, and how talent is deployed as Caylent’s delivery model evolves. You will combine systems thinking with practical execution—working across the organization while staying close enough to the business to identify issues early and address them at the root.

AI is essential to how this role operates. Supporting roughly 80% of Caylent requires disciplined prioritization: you will focus your human judgment on the decisions, relationships, and complex situations that require it, and use Claude and other AI tools as daily partners for analysis, preparation, synthesis, workflow design, and follow-through. This is how a small, high-impact HRBP team delivers responsive, high-quality support at scale.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Organizational Partnership

Partner with senior leaders across assigned departments as their strategic HRBP advisor
Guide decisions on organizational effectiveness, team design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and scale
Diagnose systemic issues affecting performance, engagement, delivery, and business growth
Gather, analyze, and synthesize people, business, and operational data to surface patterns, generate insights, and influence decisions.
Help leaders navigate ambiguity, organizational change, and evolving business needs

Organizational Health, Talent & Leadership

Lead organizational design, workforce planning, calibration, succession, and strategic talent discussions
Coach senior leaders through leadership challenges, organizational complexity, and change
Identify structural patterns, leadership gaps, and organizational risks early—and help leaders act on them
Guide leaders through complex employee relations and organizational situations
Partner with other People teams on enterprise-wide people initiatives

Scaling the HRBP Function

Use Claude and other AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, prepare leaders, and improve decision quality—while applying human judgment to sensitive, complex, or high-stakes matters.
Design AI-enabled HRBP workflows that reduce low-value manual work and protect capacity for organizational decisions, leader partnerships, and complex situations that require human judgment.
Help leaders understand the organizational implications of AI adoption and changing ways of working
Mentor HRBPs and other HR peers, and contribute practical standards, frameworks, and operating rhythms that strengthen the function

What We’re Looking For

Required

Full professional proficiency in English is required. English is Caylent’s working language and is used for stakeholder communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial HRBP and organizational consulting experience
Experience supporting senior leaders in high-growth or fast-changing organizations
Strong organizational consulting, coaching, change-management, and employee-relations judgment
Business acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes
Proven ability to turn complex people, business, and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence through credibility, insight, and practical recommendations
Demonstrated fluency with AI: uses it daily and responsibly to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, design workflows, and improve decision support.
This is a core requirement of the role.

Preferred

Experience in consulting, cloud, technology, or professional services
Experience supporting globally distributed and matrixed organizations
Experience building scalable people programs, organizational frameworks, or HRBP capability
Experience working with different AI tools. Claude Certified Associate - Foundations (CCAO-F) is a plus.
Familiarity with a service-delivery model and its implications for workforce and organizational design
