THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support our operations organization: fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics. This role owns financial reporting and analysis for operational cost structures and plays a key role in forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support. You'll help drive the annual planning process, monthly business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives by building financial models, analyzing operational KPIs, and providing insight into cost and efficiency drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and variance analyses for operations leadership and senior leadership
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting operational costs (fulfillment cost per order/unit, labor, freight, warehousing)
• Analyze KPIs such as throughput, cost per unit, labor efficiency, inventory turns, and days of supply
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to provide insight into cost drivers and process performance, at both aggregate and facility/SKU level
• Model the financial impact of process changes and capex/opex tradeoffs, and lead ongoing tracking of initiative performance
• Contribute to strategic projects aimed at cost optimization and operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or CPG is a plus 
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets to draw actionable insights
• Experience with SQL or BI tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.) strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP/planning/forecasting/reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

JOB INFORMATION

• Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000/Per Year.
• Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
• Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
• This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
