Role Summary 

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Financial Analysis Manager of Sales Finance to own the Americas finance partnership and serve as a trusted advisor to the Americas Sales SVP and leadership team. This high-impact role will shape the regional financial narrative, translate business performance into clear executive insights, and influence decisions across growth, productivity, investment allocation, and sales execution. 

As a senior member of the Sales Finance organization, you will lead the Americas financial operating rhythm, own topline and end-to-end P&L oversight, and guide strategic choices on headcount, quota capacity, sales productivity, pricing, renewals performance, and route-to-market effectiveness. This role requires strong financial judgment, deep understanding of sales dynamics, and the ability to challenge assumptions, frame tradeoffs, and drive alignment across Sales, Finance, and business operations. 

In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $121,000 to $201,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional  compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
