• Conduct Structured Discovery with Executives and Functional Leaders to Surface the Business Questions Our Data Can't Answer Yet
• Translate Those Questions into a Prioritized Roadmap of Platform, Data Model, and Analytics Deliverables
• Serve as the Primary Translator Between Business Strategy and Data Architecture, Making Complex Tradeoffs Legible to Non-Technical Stakeholders

• Own and Operate CuraLinc's Microsoft Fabric Analytical Platform (Workspaces, Deployment Pipelines, Capacity Management, Power BI Semantic Models) Alongside Our AWS Application Architecture
• Establish Environment Separation, Release Management, and Validation Practices for the Data Platform, Matching the Engineering Discipline of Our Application Development
• Drive Automation Through Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and Strong Observability Across the Analytics Stack

• Own Metric Governance End to End: Canonical Definitions, Lineage, Quality, and the Semantic Layer that Reporting is Built on
• Unify Identity and Account Data Across CRM, Financial, and Clinical Systems at Enterprise Scale
• Integrate Data from Clinical, CRM, Financial, Operational, Application, and Third-Party Systems into Governed, Reliable Pipelines

• Build and Maintain Executive Dashboards and Self-Serve Reporting that Let Leadership Monitor the Business without Analyst Bottlenecks
• Partner with Software Engineering and Product to Deliver Analytics Through APIs, Services, and CuraLinc's Client-Facing Applications
• Advance Reporting Automation, Moving Internal and Client Reporting Toward Governed, Scheduled Delivery

• Lead, Mentor, and Grow the Data and Analytics Team While Remaining Hands-On with Architecture, Design, Code, and Technical Reviews
• Uphold Security, Privacy, and Compliance Across the Analytics Layer, Including PHI Handling and Multi-Tenant Isolation in a Regulated Healthcare Environment
• Build a Culture of Data Literacy Through Documentation, Training, and Accessible Tooling

• 10+ Years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Architecture, Including 5+ Years of Technical Leadership or Engineering Management
• Proven Experience as a Founding or Senior Data Leader who has Owned the Full Stack from Raw Data to Executive Dashboard without Heavy Support Infrastructure
• Experience Maturing and Operating Data Platforms in Production: Environment Separation, Release Management, Capacity Planning, and Incident Response, in Addition to Net-New Builds
• Hands-On Experience Operating Microsoft Fabric or Closely Equivalent Platforms (Synapse, Power BI at Enterprise Scale), Ideally Alongside an AWS Application Infrastructure
• Experience Owning Metric Definitions, Semantic Layers, or Data Governance Across Departments, with the Communication Skills to Build Alignment through Influence
• Strong Proficiency in SQL and at Least One Programming Language such as Python or Java; Deep Grounding in Data Modeling, Query Optimization, and Analytical Architecture
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication; Able to Present Findings and Recommendations Credibly to Executives and a Board
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a Related Field, or Equivalent Professional Experience

• Experience in Healthcare or Another Regulated Industry, with Comfort Designing for PII, PHI. HIPAA and SOC 2 Compliance Requirements
• Experience Building or Operating Client-Facing or Productized Analytics, Such as Customer Dashboards, External Data Feeds, or Embedded Reporting
• Experience with dbt or Comparable Transformation Frameworks, and with Modern Data-Quality and Orchestration Tooling
• Fluency Using AI Development Tools Such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
• Experience Hiring and Growing a Data Team from Scratch
