About Us
At #paid, we’re on a mission to empower creators to do what they love—create. Our marketplace connects vetted creators with some of the world’s most iconic brands, like McDonald’s, Samsung, and Disney, fostering authentic collaborations that drive real business results. We’ve built a marketplace that solves big challenges in the creator ecosystem, from fair pricing to algorithmic matching and content usage rights, ensuring every partnership is seamless and impactful.
With our proprietary technology and an unwavering commitment to trust and transparency, we’re revolutionizing the way brands and creators come together to make magic. Rated #1 for customer support and managed services, #paid is leading the creator marketing space. Through innovative technology and a team of ambitious humans, we're transforming the future of the creator economy.
The Role
#paid's creator network has grown almost entirely through word of mouth. That's worked, but it means the shape of our network reflects who found us — not what our clients are actually buying. We're building a real acquisition function to change that, and this role sits at the center of it.
You'll be sourcing and onboarding creators to fill live rosters for our largest, most complex accounts, where the ask is specific and the timeline is tight.
You'll work closely with the Senior Manager, Creator Acquisition, who owns the overall acquisition strategy and our large-scale growth partnerships. You own the execution: the outreach that actually happens, the funnel that actually moves, and the rosters that actually get filled.
You'll be measured on roster turnaround time, first-round roster approval rate, and roster on-time rate on the reactive side.
This is a build-as-you-go role.

Responsibilities
- Own sourcing for our biggest programs. Source and onboard creators for live rosters on our largest and most complex accounts, partnering with the Senior Manager on load-sharing across the biggest programs.
- Deliver on roster performance. You're accountable for roster turnaround time, first-round approval rate, and on-time delivery on the accounts you own — sourcing fast enough and accurately enough that rosters land right the first time.
- Source against real campaign requirements. Find off-platform creators who match specific asks — tier, platform, category, vertical, geography — and get them onboarded on campaign timelines.
- Own agency relationships end to end. Scoping, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing support for the talent agencies behind your accounts.
- Support Sales and Strategy on RFPs and proactive pitches with creator recommendations that reflect what we can actually deliver.
- Resolve issues fast. Platform questions, escalations, payment or process friction — handled with speed and professionalism.
- Stay ahead of demand. Work closely with Creator Ops and Client Success so sourcing needs surface early, not at the roster deadline.
To be successful, you'll need to
- Be highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts and tight deadlines
- Know how to prioritize effectively and stay calm under pressure
- Collaborate with ease—especially with senior internal stakeholders
- Communicate with creators, agencies, and clients in a clear, professional, and friendly way
- Be detail-oriented, with a knack for asking the right questions and never missing a beat
- Embrace a solutions-first mindset, always looking for ways to get to “yes.”
- Be flexible and open to change, executing quickly and positively when priorities shift
- Have a strong sense of what makes a creator brand-safe and campaign-ready
You're perfect for the role if
- You can sell an idea, not just a job. You've convinced people to opt into something before the payoff was obvious. You can build a narrative, handle a "what's in it for me right now," and keep going after a no.
- 5+ years in creator marketing, talent management, partnerships, influencer sourcing, or supply-side growth at a marketplace.
- You've personally sourced and closed creators or talent — this isn't a role where you manage someone else's outreach.
- You've worked directly with talent agencies. This is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. You've negotiated with them, onboarded their rosters, and maintained the relationship through the hard conversations without burning it.
- You know the creator landscape. You understand what makes a creator brand-safe, campaign-ready, and worth pursuing, and you keep up with platform shifts and emerging formats.
- You're comfortable with volume. Cold outreach at scale doesn't faze you. You're organized about follow-up and you don't let leads go cold.
- You're comfortable with data, even if you're not the analyst. You can work from a target list, track your own funnel accurately, and use numbers to explain what's working. Salesforce and spreadsheet fluency required; deeper analytical skill is a plus, not a requirement.
- You work well cross-functionally. Sales, Client Success, Creator Ops, and Marketing will all pull on you. You can hold your own priorities while still being useful to theirs.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. The function of the team can be ever evolving.

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
The pay range listed reflects base salary only. In addition to base pay, we offer additional forms of compensation for all roles, which may include variable pay (bonus or commission), stock options, and perks and benefits, depending on the role and location. We’ll discuss total compensation openly in our first conversation so there are no surprises when it comes time for an offer.
At #paid, we believe compensation should be transparent, fair, and grounded in reality.
Our compensation framework is built around clearly defined job levels based on seniority, expertise, scope of responsibility, performance expectations, and impact.
For all publicly posted roles, we share a clear compensation range that reflects the levels associated with the role and complies with applicable pay transparency laws. Candidates are hired into a specific level, and compensation is set at the base pay associated with that level. The posted range represents the span between levels, not a negotiable pay range.
When offers are made, they are presented at the compensation set for the level a candidate is hired into and are determined by experience, skills, and role alignment — not negotiation tactics or who asks first. This ensures consistent and equitable pay for team members in the same function and at the same level.
