- Maintain high billable utilization and achieve significant profitability across all projects, demonstrating efficient project management and financial acumen
- Oversee and coordinate multiple enterprise software projects, managing each project's unique complexities to ensure successful outcomes
- Lead intricate financial negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and minimize credits.
- Mentor project managers to foster professional development and enhance their project delivery skills.
