This position is for a senior associate with at least three years of experience managing client relationships with an emphasis in strategic communications, public relations, content marketing and marketing strategy. They serve as the key point of contact in client relationships with oversight from their director. Whether you’re running client status calls, developing and executing monthly implementation plans, coordinating projects across PR, digital, project management and studio teams, or immersing yourself in the latest industry trade publications, you’ll be a critical part of our commitment to purposeful solutions that solve our clients’ business problems. The ideal candidate can serve as the primary account manager and day-to-day client point of contact for multiple high-impact clients, executing client strategies and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.  Senior Associates: Execute client strategies within the industry portfolio; understand annual and semi-annual strategies and execute day-to-day activities in support of them. Collaborate across cross-functional teams including project management, studio, digital and PR to execute against strategies.  Own the day-to-day client relationship through running client status calls, developing agendas, and ongoing communications. Effectively use project management tools to stay on deadline with tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.  Maintain a base-level understanding of all services CSG provides and how each can support client goals. Be an expert on the education industry to shape strategy development, review materials and implement. QualificationsQualifications: 3-6 years of agency experience in PR/media relations, strategic communications, and/or marketing 2+ years of experience within the K-12 education industry Demonstrated ability to support execution and manage a portfolio of clients while serving as the primary day-to-day client contact Ability to work collaboratively, confidently, and independently in a fast-paced environment with an understanding of how to delegate and manage up as needed Accountability and a confident presence with keen problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective presentation skills, particularly related to marketing and communications plans Strong organizational and project management skills;  A passion for finding creative solutions for clients’ problems, requests and opportunities Curiosity to learn and stay on top of industry and client vertical trends and best practices Nice to haves: Experience working in a project management system (e.g., Asana, Basecamp, Workfront, etc.) Beginner-level understanding of utilizing AI
