Position Summary

The Senior Advisor, Data Insights & Client Reporting serves as the bridge between data, business strategy, and client engagement for Home Delivery Product. This role is responsible for transforming complex operational, clinical, financial, and product data into meaningful insights that demonstrate value, inform decision-making, and support client retention and growth.

The individual will lead reporting strategy, develop executive-level reporting materials, partner with analytics teams to define requirements, and present findings to internal stakeholders and external clients. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, storytelling ability, and the capability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting Strategy

  • Define and execute reporting strategies that support product, operational, and client objectives.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and success measures across programs and services.
  • Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams to establish reporting requirements and data governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, scorecards, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable business insights.
  • Develop executive summaries, narrative reporting, and strategic recommendations for leadership audiences.
  • Support ad hoc analyses related to client performance, product utilization, operational efficiency, and market trends.

Client Reporting & Consultation

  • Own the development and delivery of client-facing reporting packages, business reviews, and performance updates.
  • Translate technical analytics into clear, compelling, client-friendly messaging.
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to prepare for client meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Present data-driven findings and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Product, Knowledge Solutions, Technology, Clinical, Operations, and Client Relationship teams.
  • Lead discussions to align reporting priorities, business requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and measurement plans.
  • Direct reporting initiatives by documenting and managing project activity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of business objectives on time and within scope.

Reporting Governance & Quality

  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established methodologies.
  • Maintain documentation of calculations, methodologies, reporting definitions, and data sources.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance requirements where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, consulting, client management, or related roles.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and client-facing reporting materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Analyst, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), specialty pharmacy, home delivery pharmacy, or health services.
  • Experience supporting client reporting, quarterly business reviews, or value demonstration initiatives.
  • Knowledge of product performance measurement, customer analytics, and healthcare operational metrics.
  • Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
