As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building qualified pipelines, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and acquiring new customers. This is a senior sales role that will be measured by and expected to achieve all agreed-upon sales goals.

This is a direct quota-carrying opportunity that will also include strategic sales planning to grow the sales organization as Revenue grows. The Senior Account Executive will be measured on the sum of their contributions toward achieving quota and contributions toward planning for future Revenue growth. The right person will possess exceptional business acumen, a customer-centric approach, the motivation to thrive with minimal supervision, and be proficient in wearing multiple hats to deliver accelerated Revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

o Territory Planning: Develop comprehensive territory plans, proactively drive outbound pipeline generation independently, and collaborate effectively with Marketing and Business Development teams

o Ownership of Large Enterprise Opportunities: You will be the primary point of contact and relationship owner for large enterprise opportunities

o Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to include product, engineering, marketing, and business development to align our offerings with customer business needs effectively

o Revenue Delivery: Manage complete end-to-end sales cycles from generated interest, through qualification, needs analysis, product demos, negotiation, and contract execution

o Sales Reporting: Document daily sales activities in CRM tools, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline, and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to management

o Revenue Planning: Support the Business Development team in developing plans and strategies for business growth, including building Go-to-Market strategies and annual sales plans

 

Qualifications:

o BA/BS or equivalent experience

o 10+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS (closing) Sales experience

o You have a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations (+1M)

o You possess the expertise to navigate consultative sales cycles with Executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies

o You have experience implementing and succeeding with a “Land & Expand” SaaS Sales strategy, effectively expanding business within large enterprise accounts

o AI, ML, and/or SaaS enterprise sales experience within TDK SensEI’s target industries: Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPGs), Metals & Mining, and/or Renewable Energies

o A deep understanding of sales management software

o An effective communicator with elite presentation skills

o Travel as required

o US work authorization

 

Preferred Qualifications:

o Prior management experience

o Experience with and understanding of AI and ML

o MBA or equivalent
