Responsibilities
As a Scheduling Agent, you will be recruiting and working with our database of independent contractors who perform research shopping assignments throughout the US and Canada and ensuring that our clients' research shopping programs have the best quality in the industry.

In this very busy environment, working with strict client deadlines, you will assign research shopping opportunities to existing contractors and provide them with support in successfully completing their evaluations.

To succeed, you will need to be friendly, professional, awesome on the telephone, and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The stronger you are with technology and social media, the better.

Your oral and written communication skills must be first class.

Any experience you have had in the research shopping and marketing industry, or even in a call center or a retail environment, will be a definite asset.

Familiarity with social media and AI will also be a definite asset.
