This is a remote position.

Design, configure, and implement SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) solutions to support end-to-end order-to-cash and billing processes on S/4HANA Public Cloud BRIM.

Build and maintain integration interfaces between S/4HANA Public Cloud BRIM and client's upstream legacy systems for usage data collection, transformation, validation, and rating.

Develop and manage integrations between S/4HANA Public Cloud BRIM and Subscription Billing systems to enable seamless order, contract, and billing data exchange.

Configure and support integration between S/4HANA Public Cloud and third-party Payment Service Providers (PSPs) using the Digital Payments Addon for payment processing, tokenization, and settlement.

Design mediation processes, chains, and data flows (streams, sources, transformers, storage points) within SAP Convergent Mediation to handle high-volume usage and transaction data.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams (BRIM/CI, Subscription Order Management, Subscription Billing, FI-CA) to gather integration requirements and translate them into CM design specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mediation, transformation errors, interface failures, and payment gateway integration.

Work closely with client's upstream/downstream application teams and PSP vendors to ensure smooth interface testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, unit/integration test scripts, and support documentation.

Participate in performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of CM mediation processes to ensure scalability and reliability.

Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare/post-go-live support.

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security guidelines, and data privacy requirements across all integrations.
