Own the end-to-end architecture and multi-year roadmap for Delta Faucet Company’s Salesforce ecosystem, setting design standards across clouds, integrations, data, security, and automation. Advise business stakeholders, lead design reviews, govern internal and third-party delivery teams, and evaluate emerging capabilities while minimizing technical debt.
Purpose
Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to serve as the design authority for our Salesforce ecosystem within the Channel, Experience & Portfolio function of IT. This is a customer-side architecture role — you will partner closely with business leaders to shape the platform according to our roadmap, own how it evolves over multiple years, and guide its direction beyond how any single project is coded.
Our environment spans B2B, B2C and B2B2C: wholesale distributors, trade professionals, retail partners, e-commerce and direct consumer service, supported by Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud, integrated to ERP, PIM/DAM and analytics platforms. You will act as trusted advisor to business partners, set the architectural direction, and hold internal and third-party delivery teams accountable to that direction.
You will succeed here if you enjoy owning the long-term integrity of a platform inside the company that runs it.
