The Salesforce Business Administrator is a junior-level role focused on system administration, including user management and the creation of reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities involve managing the Support Cases Ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of business inquiries. The administrator will analyze complex requests and collaborate with the Salesforce team to implement effective solutions. Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, paired with a commitment to continuous professional development.
This is an entry level position with direct contact with our Salesforce users. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving general business user issues and questions, with user satisfaction prioritized. Accountable for thorough business and system analysis, clear and precise documentation, end user communication and resolving tickets within a timely manner.
Work with internal customers/business user to understand business request/need
Resolve business support tickets within a timely manner
Interface with Salesforce teams
Collaborate with counterparts in Business and IT
Generate reports and dashboards
Backup Salesforce Administration with other support tickets, such as, user maintenance
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of Salesforce Administrator
Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Project and Visio or equivalent
Ability to write standard SOQL queries data import mapping to support projects and saved search requests.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build reports, dashboards and user management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a study in either Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong focus on CRM systems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred.
Salesforce Certification is preferred but not required.
