Own the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, from business discovery and technical investigation to implementation and deployment. Collaborate directly with stakeholders to define requirements and leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and troubleshooting.
· Own delivery from business discovery and technical investigation through implementation, testing, deployment, and handover.
· Work directly with stakeholders to understand processes, challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and define measurable acceptance criteria.
· Decide when to configure Salesforce, build a Flow, write custom code, or integrate an external system—and explain the trade-offs in business terms.
· Build and improve solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, declarative configuration, and Salesforce APIs.
· Use AI tools throughout delivery to accelerate analysis, solution design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
· Review and verify AI-generated outputs against the actual environment, business requirements, Salesforce platform limits, security requirements, and test results.
· Troubleshoot business-process and technical issues, improve existing implementations, and maintain clear documentation and automated tests.
· Manage priorities, communicate progress and risks, and involve the right stakeholders when a decision needs wider alignment.
· At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with the confidence to own delivery independently.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, permissions and sharing, declarative automation, and platform limits.
· Strong practical skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and unit testing; familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
· Consulting skills: you can uncover the real business problem, clarify incomplete requirements, present options, and translate technical decisions into business impact.
· Demonstrable, hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants and other AI tools—not just occasional chatbot use. You can provide useful context, break problems into steps, iterate effectively, and critically evaluate the output.
· Sound judgement about AI limitations, including incorrect or invented outputs, insecure code, and data confidentiality. You know what must be checked manually and what must not be shared with an AI service.
· Fluent written and spoken English, strong problem-solving skills, and clear ownership of outcomes.
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce specialist who combines the mindset of a business consultant with the technical depth of a developer—and knows how to use AI effectively to deliver both.
This is a high-autonomy, end-to-end delivery role. You will work directly with business stakeholders, turn ambiguous challenges into clear requirements, choose the right solution, and take it through configuration or development, testing, and deployment. We are looking for one person who can connect business needs with working technology, not someone who only implements predefined tickets.
AI should be a practical part of your daily workflow: helping you investigate unfamiliar implementations, explore options, develop solutions, and validate results. You remain accountable for every recommendation, configuration change, and line of code. Independent ownership does not mean working in isolation: you will collaborate with client teams and Senior Salesforce Architects when alignment or specialist input is needed.
As part of the recruitment process, you will receive access to a dedicated Salesforce assessment environment and a set of business and technical problems. Your task will be to investigate the environment, clarify the underlying needs and assumptions, and use AI tools to develop and validate your solutions.
Using AI is an expected part of the assessment—not a shortcut to hide. We want to see how well you combine Salesforce expertise, consulting judgement, and AI-assisted execution.
